Work before mirror and circular pattern

hi,
I'm designing something that is symmetrical. And to get the final object I need to mirror and do a circular pattern:

frame_f3_v12_after.JPG


Is it possible to work only with the small part and update the result continuous? or at least automate the process of mirror and rotate?
