This is probably an easy question. Where do people find diaphragm design values for 1-1/8" floor sheathing? My SDPWS only goes to 19/32 (just like the APA website). Do you default to 19/32?

Yes, but make sure you are getting the required penetration into the main member.
 
Okay. Thanks. I wonder why there isn't any publication on sheathing larger than 19/32?
 
It is likely that the fasteners control the design.
