Witness of Pressure Relief Valves Testing

Hi All,

During our maintenace activity of the Pressure Relief Valves,does the inspector or the witnesser of the test need to be certified to do that activity or the awarness of PRV repair and test is adqute for that?

Also what is the certificate if there is?
