with which simple equipment can make a groove to a silicon carbide

Please let me know ,how can make a groove on the seal face(material rbsic or tc)
which type of tools and which equipment is need?

Depends on the groove geometry required, but normally diamond cutting tools are required.

I'm sorry to say this but with the quality of questions being asked do you really believe that you are in a position to repair seals let alone trying to copy grooved seal faces?
