yeah, wish it was as easy as that !
mainly 'cause you don't know what you're looking at and have (IMO) very little idea of what you want.
you say composite structure. ok, that brings a ton of issues to the table …
the composite should be built with LAMINATE property cards, with each ply modelled to the appropriate angle.
depending on how you analyze composite structures, you may use an interaction formula, which should be a different output vector, per ply.
or you may extract the strain of the entire laminate and post process of the MS in each ply.
If the latter than you need to know what strain to input into your post-processing.
I would suspect you want both normal strains and the shear strain.
These should be obvious output vectors.
I suggest you do some more research on this, YT videos are very helpful. The FeMap tutorials will help too, the FeMap manuals tend to be hard to read (like all manuals).
