hello,
For my Machine Vision project (using the camera, frame grabber, PC etc... I measure distances) I need to choose an embedded system(ex. Microsoft XP or CE embedded). This is new to me and I don't know which one is better for my application. Can anyone help me with that?

I personally prefer Embedded CE myself...Havent worked with Embedded XP.

There a lot of companies that make very good embedded CE boards..I have become quite fond of

They have quite a few options on inputs with add on GPIB boards, RS232, A.D, digital inputs DAC and the built in LCD is great.
