Wind loading on steel frames in circular structures

I am designing a steel structure to support a pipe network on the top of an LNG tank. The structure comprises moment resitant steel frames of two bays spaced circumferentially on the top of the tank. There are four levels each of about 4m in height. I am looking for a rational method to calculate the wind loading on the steel frames. Most of the codes/books deals with the rectangular layouts and they provide tables for the calculation of total wind force on the frame depending on the spacing/height ratio and the number of bays. Can anyone suggest any reference which deals with my question. Looking forward to hearing from you.
