I have this carport and love to hear your approach to estimate the wind load on the wall and the roof as lateral resisting system (not C&C).
My take is to estimate the wind pressure on the wall as free standing wall with return per ASCE 7-16 29.3.1 (ignore the fence wall & the roof) and estimate the wind pressure on the roof per 27.3.2 (with Obstructed Wind Flow option).
Or maybe run a wind simulation in Robot to consider the presence of fence walls, carport walls and roof to see what it looks like.
