I try to design a walkway with the wind load applied on the roof.

I wonder if the ceiling will also take some uplift wind ?
Becasue of this, I can end up with a bigger footing.

Thanks.

Note that the walkway is opened under the ceiling

I mean that the ceiling take the uplift from external pressure and of course wind load from internal pressure.
