Wind load for attach canopy

Hi, I'm currently working on Attach canopy. I have derived the upward and downward wind load. Would like to ask how am I suppose to apply the lateral load?. Should I apply directly on the canopy as I'm only designing the canopy. Also is so should I consider the enclosed buildong to derive the lateral load or still used attached canopy acc to MS1553?

The wind load is always complicated. Since you are only designing the canopy, you can add windload directly.
