Wind load calculation on pole, Los Angeles 1

How do I calculate the wind load on a 25 ft pole that has a 6 inch diameter. Pole will be carrying 60 lbs at the top, so I need to find shear and moments as well.

ASCE 7-16, Chapter 29 is a good starting place. The commentary C29.4 section references a few other standards for specific pole types as these structures can be sensitive to flutter/dynamic effects.
