Hello all,
I want to ask your opinion about the CATIA software. Wery much is spoken about Pro/E, Solid Works, Solid Edge, AutoCAD, but nothing about CATIA. Why? Isn't it good as the other?

Catia is a high end CAD program, used mainly by large aircraft mfg and some automotive corporations. I believe Catia was originally developed by Dassault in France. There is a lot of it out there, but it doesn't have near the distribution that the other programs you mentioned mainly because of the price and the time required to learn the software. It is very good, but requires a lot of learning time, very sophisticated capabilities, probably a lot more sophistication than most of us require, very expensive, requires a lot of speed and memory.
