Why boat trailer always torsion axles and hydraulic brakes

I saw lots of boat trailers use torsion axles and hydraulic brakes, such as 3500lb 6000lb 7000lb.
Is it worth doing it, and the price is not cheap, why don't they use spring axles.
Which types do you like and is it better solutions?

Per one maker:

They are extremely efficient at providing suspension for single axle, tandem axle, and triple axle trailers. The installation in most cases is very simple, either U Bolting and Bolting directly to your trailers frame. With torsion axles, you will no longer need to worry about rusting Leaf Springs or Bolts, and your torsion axle will last you significantly longer.
