whick FEM tool is best for analysis of behavior rock socketed piles?

I am planning to do some analysis of bahavior of short(l/d<5) rock socketed piles, aiming in the predications of bearing capacity. There are two methods to predict bearing capacity, that is, as piers(showllow failuer mechanism) or as piles(deep failure mechanism).
Which FEM tool is best for my anlysis, Ansys, Marc or others?
