They have both residential and commercial versions.

I use the Commercial version.

I use CHVAC and think is pretty good. Lets you choose the type of reports you want (I think it is

http://www.elite.com).

They come in different modules. I have the 50 zone one. If I have multiple floors or more than 50 zones - I just make more files. It is least expensive and NO yearly fee as others demand.

If you search for similar messages - you will find my reply to one. I give prices there for the relevant ones. Now I dont remember them.
