which formula should I use to calculate heat loss in piping?

I have a pump package and I need to calculate the heat loss in piping (suction and discharge) , suction piping (cold) and disharge piping (hot) also i am using a carbon steel pipe material SA106B

May google for the pipe heat loss calculation program.
But, wheat is the heat source of the pump discharge piping as the suction pipe is cold?
