Where to find Papua New Guinea Standard PNGS 1001?

Hi everyone

We're looking at doing some structural engineering work in PNG (based in Australia).
We're trying to find PNG standard (1001 series) in hard or soft copy, but not having any luck.
Best link we found was

but entering it gave the following message 'This account has been suspended. If you are the account owner, please contact your service provider'.
Happy to pay for them - not looking for cheap / dodgy option (though at this point we'll take them any way we can get them).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
