Where did my sketches go?!!!!!

Hi Forum,

I'm fairly new to Inventor, so go easy on me as I post lots of stupid questions:

First one:
I want to project geometry into the current sketch, but when I enter a sketch, all the other sketches turn off/ disappear( Now I cannot project geom). How do i stop this from happening?
