I'm looking to get a copy of both of these papers for some seismic analysis on a proposed dam. Does anyone know where I can get a copy?

Thanks,
Andy

I would suggest the Linda Hall Library on-line, sorry I don't have the whole link. I've gotten some paper reprints there for a pretty resonable price.
