where can I find the definition of load case for wind load method 1?

Hi there.

I can find the definition of load case-1 to load case-4 for wind load method 2 from Figure 6-9 in ASCE7-05, but can not find the definition of load case for wind load method 1. Are we supposed to use the same Figure 6-9 for definition of load case for wind load method 1?
