what materials should i chose?

Mostly make for baby toys.
is that ABS is prefer to chose?
Any suggestion on it?

It really depends on what type of toy it is and by what process it is going to be made. You would need to give us more information.

i don't know the process, just a small toy box.

In my view, it should be used with ABS and injection molding.

here some of the information:

Expected Production Qty / Day = 800 pieces / 10 hour injection shift.
Plastic Injection machine capacity = Range from biggest 350 Ton / 32 oz, 200 Ton / 22 oz, 150 Ton / 16 oz, 80 / 4 oz
 
Does it have an increased strength requirement? Polypropylene might well suffice your need and will be a lot cheaper. PE might do well too. It depends on what the toy will have to withstand during it's lifetime. You should speak to a material supplier and they will be able to advise you.
