What is the true meaning between TML & CML in API code?

Hi,

Some guy told me that TML is only for the first thk measurement (Baseline) and thk measurement after that will call CML. I have read API 510 and 570, im not agree with it. Can anyone share the meaning of both word as in your opinion (but based on Code intention)

What is wrong with the clarity of definitions 3.1.9 and 3.1.20 in API 570 (apart from in the latter where API use a descriptor which they then go on to say is no longer used!)?
