What is the SPX.prd product ?

Hello!!

We installed CATIA V5 R15Sp3. And I can use in that time.
But now it was display the message. And CATIA do not
start.
(License Manager)
Version 51600 of SPX.prd product definision is invalid
Please reinstall it.

What i sthe happend on my PC ?
Don't anybody know this situation ?
