What is the most Aluminum Alloy used in electrical fileds?
espicaly in wiring and cable industry

Typically, for the Electrical Power Generation Industry, electrical bus, wire and cable is fabricated of AA 1350. See the following ASTM Standards below;

ASTM B230 "Standard Specification for Aluminum 1350-H19 Wire for Electrical Purposes"
ASTM B231 "Standard Specification for Concentric Lay-Stranded Aluminum 1350 Conductors"
ASTM B233 "Standard Specification for Aluminum 1350 Drawing Stock for Electrical Purposes"
