What fan motor capacitor size ?

I have a single phase 240v 50Hz Brinsmead condenser fan motor rated at 0.28 Hp, 1.45 full load amps. It is the usual two winding capacitor start/run type motor. What value of capacitance would usually be used with something like this ?

For a 60 hz 240 volt 1/4 HP it would be 5mfd at 370 volts. I don't know it would be OK at 50hz
