What does it meaning " install square end of bearing against spacer"

My drawing indicates the note " install square end of bearing against spacer", i am not

very have ideal about it, could somebody can in further explanation, tks.

what type of bearing ?
I'm guessing something like a needle bearing in a housing.
Like this, which has one end quite rounded.

The other end is likely much more square, like this -
