Looks like it maybe silane based product similar to Rain-X and a number of others. It may have some merit as a product but the marketing is mostly hype. Just like most nano-technology.
Had to read a long ways to find this. They are big on hype but not much substance.

75-50 % of the bacteria are still left. IF you get 95% the the 5 that are left can kill you.
Just having people (Drs and Nurses) wash their hands between patients is supposed save something like 20-25,000 lives in the US.
I worked with a NAvy doctor who said men were always telling him they must have caught VD off the toilet seat, at least this stuff can fix that.
