What are the properties of ABS1H free cutting steel?

Free Cutting likely means that its been resulphurized/phosphorized/leaded to promote chip breaking and other machining qualities.
These types of steel are not always the best in strength, ductility, or toughness, and definately not good at all in fatigue.
