We are procuring well head control panel. Well head control panel will be mounted 30mtrs away from the manifold. Closing time required for the wing valve and SSV is 5 seconds. Well head panel manufacturer has quoted for quick relief valve / dump valves so as to meet closing time requirements. Is anybody aware whether such quick relief valves are required to meet the requirements? Cost of quick relief valves and required tubing fittings for each valve is multiplying …In case anybody has experience or installed such quick relief valves on well head for wing or master valves? Thanks ….
