Weldment Cut List Item... 1

Hi,
is there anyone who can tell me what method I need to use and how to access Cut-List-Item 's in weldment parts from assembly or part API (not from the drawing). I found it is possible with swdocumentmgr namespace but I do not have access to that one (some special license is involved). Is there any way it can be accessed with "regular" available methods from sldworks namespace?

Ooops...I didn't specify I need access to weldments Cut-List-Item custom properties.
