Welding Robot Fanuc vs Panaconic

We are going to buy 2 welding robot
We are producing hospital beds, stretchers etc
welding parts are 1mm-2mm profile or tube 4-10mm laser cut sheet

which conbination is better
1)Fanuc arcmate 120ic , Lincoln powerwave 405 , abicor binzel torch
2)Panaconic TA1800 or TB1800G2 , Panaconic 350GE2 , Panasonic torch

Which is better and why?
