Welding Eloctrode Type for Hot-Tapping

Dear Sirs,

We are currently in the process of applying for hot-tapping on natural gas pipeline. So, we are in difficulty to determine welding electrode type. Could you please recommend what we should select for welding electrode.

Material of TEE: ASTM A537, wall thickness:12mm
Material of Main Gas Pipeline: API 5L X60,wall thickness:7mm

(E7018-1 electrode is proper???)

E7018-1 H4 R 2.4 mm would be better
