Hi,

Mating flanges (weldnecks) are usually purchased to bolt to the last API 6A flange in a wellhead, and the mating flange is then welded to an ANSI line pipe for production (e.g. A 106 Gr B).
Two questons please:
1. where can I find heat treating and PWHT recommendations for API flanges for wellhead application (Both sour and general services)
2. Where can I find a listing of material types for API wellhead materials (flanges/weld necks) that contains their P-Nos, and Group No-s so that I can match them to already existing procedures.

Reason why I'm asking is that I have WPSes qualified for P-1 to P-1 materials, with TIG root and 7018 fill and cap, and MIG root with 7018 fill and cap. pre-heat min 125 to 175F. I was wondering if some of these WPS can apply to welding some API flanges that has yield of 45ksi and tensile 70ksi or less (e.g. API 5000 flange)

Thank you.
