HI,

MY DOUBT IS CAN I QUALIFY A WELDER FOR 1G,2G,3G,1F,2F AND 3F POSITION USING A SINGLE TEST. PLEASE SPECIFY IF SO.

Akhilkumar,
I suggest you check Table 4.10 and then post any questions,
Regards,
DD

First of all, what welding code or standard are you working with? Every welding standard is different from another. What may be permitted by one may not be allowed by another.

You also have to have a copy of the appropriate welding code/standard to review. It is relatively easy to reference a particular table or code provision, but without the code/standard in hand, you cannot check all the applicable conditions that must be met.

Best regards - Al
