Weld symbol decimal places

Morning all,

I know how to change the decimal places of created weld symbols but NOT the symbols that come thru on drawing when you actually create the weld feature. My config.pro option is set to 3 decimal places but it continues to still show only one. I cannot hilite the text I need to change and do a format decimal change either. It is grayed out.

Please help.
