weld notes

Does anyone know where one can download a welding symbol palette so I can create welding notes just in the detail drawings with simple text input of sizes etc. (like inSolidworks)rather than having to use pro/welding?

Proe comes with weld symbols. To get them into your drawing, Insert a "custom" symbol. Then browse to the weld symbol library. It should be at "<loadpoint>\symbols\weldsymlib", then sub folders "ansi_weld" or "iso_weld".
