Wave Attenuation Systems

The consulting firm I am working for was tasked with the design and implementation of a wave attenuation system (floating breakwater) for an exposed marina situated on a lake.

Does anyone have any experience with hydrodynamic analysis or can someone direct me to some reference material in this area?
