A useful rule of thumb to estimate water flow if you don't have a flow meter. Measure the distance from the end of the pipe to that point where the pater has fallen 4". A T-bar is useful for this Q (the usgpm) = D(1.28d squared ) where D is the distance drom end of pipe and d is pipe diameter (both in inches).
