Water Treatment Plant - Structural Design Code

Can someone from this forum kindly tell me what the applicable structural design codes are for designing stuctural components of a water treatment plant in the province of Ontario, Canada.

Structural Codes CISC, AISC ASD, ASCE-7, UBC, National Building Code of Canada & Ontario Building Code.

The structural requirements are to design for water retaining structures. It requires more rebar and more cement in the concrete mix
