what is the flow rates for gas steam boiler (10 psi) boiler input= 940,000 btu, boiler output= 775,000, BHP= 23.2, STEAM OUTPUT= 764 LBS/HR.
* water going into the steam boiler (I need this to spec out a water softener for the boiler water)
