I work for an ion implanter company. We use de-ionized water to cool areas of our machine. We have used a conductivity probe meter to measure water resistivity in the past but in this application we don't have that option. Does anyone have an idea of how to measure the resistivity of the de-ionized water without the aid of the probe?

You can use EMR (Electromagnetic Resistivity). Just send a radio wave through the water and measure the speed it travels. Use one transmitter, and two recivers. Measure the phase shift between the two, and you have the speed.
