Water Hammer Reference

Hello everyone, i am newbie here

Anyone can help me ? i am student from mechanical engineering and now i am doing my thesis which do designing and creating mini Ram Pump (Hydram Pump). For now my concern is looking for any references such as journal, article, website or e-book which containing about Ram Pump parameters, especially for Water Hammer as main factor how Ram Pump may works.

Is someone having source of reference (link) where i can download about "Water Hammer" in general or specific ?

If you're looking for a great book on waterhammer, then Fluid Transients in Systems by Wylie and Streeter is the best choice IMO. In Nuclear, it's seen as somewhat of a staple for waterhammer analysis.
