VTPSUHM Volume

Does any one know how VTPSUHM assigns a volume to a rational hydrograph?

I have contacted Dr. Seybert at PSU for information ... awaiting a response.

My experience is primarily in SCS TR20 however VTPSUHM is the preferred township methodology for a project I am working on.

Any help would be appreciated.
