Says on the site that the EZ-20812 will accept the RCL strings. Presumably if you get one of those, there is no need to translate from RCL to Printronix.
Printer languages are highly specialized. In my entire working life, I've only met 2 people who've used printer languages. They're as rare as white harts. You're probably better off reading the manual and trying things out.
