Hello all,
I am using SW09 SP4.1 with Vista x64, & PDMWorks Enterprise with 8GB RAM.
When I am working on parts and assemblies the PC is constantly going back to the HD because the light keeps coming on and everything halts until the HD light goes out. This is happening when deleting mates, etc nothing that should have to reference the HD. The assemblies are small and are using no more than 3.3GB of the available RAM according to the process monitor. I believe that SW should not have to reference the HD until I need to save, but I could be wrong. Are there some settings I can change to keep this from happening?
