view radial shortcut changes icons

I have customized the "view radial shortcut" with commands/icons I use often. I recently upgraded from nx10.? to nx10.0.3.5. Ever since then my customizations on the "view radial shortcut" menu add/loses icons. I reloaded my role which fixes the radial back to customized, closed the session to update the user.mtx. But when I start a new session and edit a sketch, the radial menu changes again. Any suggestions? (BTW: the applications radial 1,2,3 are not affected)
