Just wondering if anyone has any additional details to the recent (about a week ago) collapse of scaffolding in Vietnam that killed something like 13 workers and injured many more. I am looking for something beyond the original news coverage. What was the cause of the collapse? Who ordered the workers to return? etc. Many thanks for any information. Cheers.
