I'm working with a client who is considering developing a new vibration welding machine.

If you're familiar with these machines, we'd love to know:
-what features you love about it
-what you wish it would do that it doesn't

and especially HOW NOISY IS IT AND IS THAT A PROBLEM?

Hi Iank: What are you refering to when you say vibration welding?(i.e. what frequency) What types of materials are you looking to join? what thickness? If you can provide a little more info you can probably find someone with some background in that area.

Contact Dukane, St Charles, IL. They do everything related to plastic parts joining.

You may want to do a search on "Sonic Welding" We use sonic welding to adhere plastic components together. It works very well.

Dukane and Branson are the two major players in the plastics vibration or ultrasonic welding fields
