viaduct impact load calculation

Can't find anything useful about impact load calculation on viaducs when the transport accsident occurs (hits the viaduct piers, beams...). I would realy appreciate any info.

AASHTO LRFD discusses a 400 k equivalent static load for substructure impact. I don't have a copy handy at the moment to cite the specific passage.
