Vestibule wind load

I am designing a partition wall with doors. The partition wall is located between a small vestibule (150 square feet) and the interior of a building. The vestibule will be accessed when the building is not occupied, i.e. the doors in the partition wall will be locked. What is an appropriate wind load for the partition wall? Certainly the vestibule will be accessed during gusty wind events and subject the vestibule to some wind load. What I find in the code is 5 PSF. I do not see anything in ASCE7 that addresses this. Does anyone have any experience with this?

For something that small, the delta between the costs of designing for full partially enclosed wind and 5 psf is likely to be pretty trivial. I'd design it for the C and C wind pressure (20-25 psf?) and call it conservative.

I apologize. I forgot to mention that the interior partition is all tempered
glass, so the difference in cost between the glass to resist between 5 psf and 20 psf is likely a multiplier of 2 or higher.

Since you really have no control over how it will be used, I would assume the exteriors doors are open at all times and go with what JedClampett said.

I would design for 5 PSF, since it truly is an interior wall. 5 PSF works out to be something like 40 mph wind anyway.

I see no reason to be more conservative than the code requires.
